Introduction to Private Service ~ 1-Day Workshop
The workshop is geared to candidates who are transitioning to private service and staff that take on household manager responsibilities. For example, PAs that assume several HM duties; Nannies taking on Family Assistant/HM tasks as the children grow up; and Executive Housekeepers that want to advance to Household Management.
We will explore the industry, paths to career advancement, and the NY market. Several resources will be made available during the day, and the program concludes with a peek into a working HM/PA’s Rolodex of service suppliers.
Crafting a 5-Star Service Program ~ 4-Hour Workshop

Table Setting ~ 4-Hour Workshop
Learn the history of table setting and explore cultural differences in table setting, with hands-on practice of formal and informal settings. Discover several styles of presenting and serving a meal.

Essentials of Household and Estate Management ~ 2-Day Workshop
This two-day, fourteen-hour course will provide real and proven methods to help you manage your service environment and become a better private service professional. Content has been developed based on real-life estate and household management experiences and input from a variety of industry professionals. Peter Van Ryder of Estate Management Solutions designed this training with the understanding of the ever-changing nature of private service.
